Dog's Day

"Elite stay"

1

Getting up

Sunlight reaches your dog's eyes. The relaxing music volume is increased slightly, and the workers open the doors, giving morning greetings: "Good morning, lovely dogs, it's 7 a.m."

2

Medical check-up

A Vet wearing a white coat, stethoscope around his neck, and holding a check-up checklist in hand enters the dog’s building, pets your dog, and checks his/her health to ensure that your lovely dog is in the best physical condition.

3

1st PlayTime

The vet leaves, and the Activation Specialist enters the dog's building, checks the tasks for your dog, and says, "The fun has started." He notices a task called "1st Playtime" on your dog's list, with "Solo or Group" written next to it. The Activation Specialist opens the door, letting your dog out into the Play-Park. Your dog is smiling and happy, having the most joyful playing program.

4

Breakfast

The timer rings. The worker grabs it from his pocket, realizing that the wonderful 2-hours PlayTime has unfortunately passed quickly. He takes the dog back to its private room, hugs it, and gives it a few kisses.
Meanwhile, the Feeding Specialist goes to the food stock, fills your dog's plate with his/her preferred food, places the plates on a trolley, moves through the corridor, and serves the dog while saying, "Bon appétit."

5

2nd PlayTime

at 3pm The Activation Specialist takes your dog to the Play-Park again. For a full 2 hours, your dog plays games like fetch, flying discs, swings, slides, etc. Your dog is happy, having all this fun in just one day.

6

Grooming

After a long day full of activities, your dog needs a FreshLook to be ready for the next day. After the 2nd PlayTime, the Activation Specialist takes your dog to the FreshLook salon, where a professional groomer greets your dog with hugs and kisses. The groomer spends a few minutes deciding on the best haircut for your dog. After the haircut, the groomer trims the nails, brushes the teeth, cleans the eyes & ears, and gets the dog ready for the most relaxing shower.

7

Showering

The relaxation bath starts with an aromatherapy session using our signature natural, calming blend of Bulgarian lavender oil, gourmand Madagascan vanilla, and sweet floral Turkish rose water. Your dog enjoys a deep and cozy showering experience with natural deep-cleansing products, followed by 10 minutes of soft fluff-drying and 10 minutes of air-drying. The groomer brushes your dog's hair with a wooden dog-specific comb to achieve a shiny beautiful coat.

8

Lunch

After the FreshLook Session, the Groomer takes your dog to his/her private room.
At 6 p.m., a soft, warm white light is turned on throughout the resort. The Feeding Specialist softly opens the dogs' building door, saying, "It's lunchtime, cuties." Your dog smiles and wags his/her tail, waiting for the delicious lunch meal. The Feeding Specialist goes to the food stock, fills the dog's plate, and serves your dog while saying, "Bon Appétit."

9

Sleep

The soft warm white lights remain on for 10 minutes. All the dogs have finished their lunch. A Housekeeper opens the door softly, collects the plates on his trolley, and moves them outside the dogs' building to the cleaning area. He returns to the building, turns off the lights, and says, "Good dreams," before leaving. The dogs are happily asleep, but can still see everything in their rooms by the soft light passing through the glass windows and doors from outside.
